Shipping FAQ
Processing
Although Dundas Collective is open 24/7, our order processing runs from Monday 9 AM to Friday 5 PM EST every week. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed as soon as we are back :) Processing typically takes 3-5 business days but can take up to 10 business days due to higher order volume periods.
Delivery
In order to offer affordable products to our customers, we are directly shipping our products from our warehouses overseas. As a result, orders typically require 2-3 weeks to arrive. Products may come in multiple packages and at different times as our warehouses ship them out on the go to get your products to you as soon as possible :)
For orders not received within 45 days of the order date, contact us at info@dundascollective.com with "Missing Order (Order Number)" as the subject line.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We advise customers to double check the shipping address is correct before completing their checkouts. If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please notify us by email within 24 hours of purchase to info@dundascollective.com with "Incorrect Shipping (Order number)" as the subject line and provide us with the correct shipping address in the email. Any change to the shipping address requested after the 24 hour period of purchase will not be eligible for such changes in case we have already processed the order.
Order Tracking
Please allow 7-10 business days after your purchase to track your order. We will email you providing a tracking number. On the off chance you did not receive the tracking number email, please email us at info@dundascollective.co with "No Tracking (Order number)" in the subject line and we will be glad to assist you further. To track your order, click on the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
